Fresno State 7-12 (1-5) at Air Force 12-6 (3-2)

PG: Aaron Anderson (6-3, 190, Fr.) vs. Todd Fletcher (6-2, 183, Sr.)

Todd Fletcher is one of the most efficient point guards in the nation, averaging 9.3 points and 3.8 assists. Fletcher's assist-to-turnover ratio of 3.3 ranks him sixth in the nation. He's also shooting a 48% clip from three-point range. Aaron Anderson has averaged just 14 minutes in his last two games with Allen Huddleston getting back into the rotation.

Advantage: Air Force

SG: Marvelle Harris (6-4, 200, Fr.) vs. Michael Lyons (6-5, 193, Sr.)

Michael Lyons is Air Force's leading scorer and one of the best all-around scorers in the Mountain West. Lyons dropped a career-high 37 points against Boise State on January 19th. Freshman Marvelle Harris comes off his best game in conference play with 15 points against Colorado State.

Advantage: Air Force

SF: Tyler Johnson (6-2, 180, Jr.) vs. DeLovell Earls (6-5, 220, So.)

Fresno State has made sure to get Tyler Johnson more touches as he has become the Bulldogs' most reliable scorer. Johnson shot a career-high 16 field goal attempts in Saturday's loss to Colorado State. Johnson is averaging 15 points per game in conference play on a 52% clip from the field.

Advantage: Fresno State

PF: Kevin Foster (6-8, 230, Sr.) vs. Mike Fitzgerald (6-6, 215, Sr.)

Mike Fitzgerald has been inconsistent this season, but has been a big factor at times. Fitzgerald had a season best 30 points with eight rebounds against Nevada. Kevin Foster has shot just 39% from the field this season compared to Fitzgerald's 51% clip.

Advantage: Air Force

C: Jerry Brown (6-7, 220, Jr.) vs. Taylor Broekhuis (6-10, 220, Sr.)

6-foot-10 center Taylor Broekhuis averages 9.7 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. Broekhuis shoots a team best 58% from the field. Broekhuis had been quiet in conference play until his 16 points and nine rebounds in his last game against Wyoming.

Advantage: Air Force

Benches:

While the Air Force starters will see a lot of minutes, the Falcons will likely use six players off the bench in short spurts. Fresno State has averaged 17.5 points off the bench in their last four games.

Coaches: Rodney Terry vs. Dave Pilipovich

Dave Pilipovich is in his first full season as head coach at Air Force. The Falcons have shown improvement, already just one win away from matching last season's 13 wins. Rodney Terry is looking to get his first conference win on the road Wednesday.

Advantage: Air Force

Intangibles:

Air Force enters Wednesday's game with three straight wins, including victories over conference opponents Boise State and Wyoming. The Falcons are 8-1 at home with their only loss coming to Wichita State which is currently ranked 15th in the nation.

Final Analysis/Prediction:

Fresno State for a second straight game plays an experienced team led by a big senior class. The Bulldogs' struggle on the road and their losing streak falls to four straight with a loss to the Falcons.

PREDICTION: Air Force 66, Fresno State 57
