Eyeball test:
Strickland is a big receiver at 6-5, 190. He combines size, speed and strength to become the ultimate receiver prospect.

Evaluation:
Strickland put up big numbers against Bowie in Skyline's 52-28 win. On the night he caught 7 passes for 127 yards and 2 scores. At 6-foot-5, Strickland is very smooth in his route running and does a good job using his hands and not his body to catch the football. While Strickland was impressive catching the football, he was equally impressive in his blocking. Skyline runners gained extra yardage on the night when plays were designed to go his way. With long arms, it was tough for Bowie defenders to get off his blocks. Strickland hustles on every play which is another trait you love to see from a wide receiver.
