Former TCU standout and current San Diego Chargers superstar LaDainian Tomlinson has been named to the 75th Anniversary All Sun Bowl Team. Former TCU standout and current San Diego Chargers superstar LaDainian Tomlinson has been named to the 75th Anniversary All Sun Bowl Team. Tomlinson, who made the sqaud as a kick returner, racked up 146 all-purpose yards in TCU's 28-19 upset victory over the heavily-favored USC Trojans in the 1998 Sun Bowl. The future NFL MVP was a sophomore at TCU at the time. The Horned Frogs rushed for 314 yards in the game, while holding USC to minus 23 yards rushing.
